Pink Oyster-Pleurotus djamor

  • This is one wonderful, strikingly beautiful, mushroom.  It's sure to be an eye catcher at any farmer's market!
  • Excellent umami flavor
  • Very nice meaty texture
  • This mushroom performs best when grown between 65-85 degrees.

Bearshead-Hericium americanum

  • Amazing flavor, very mild crabmeat-like flavor.  Slightly milder and sweeter tasting than Lion's Mane
  • Texture is very similar to crabmeat as well
  • Shelf life is outstanding, these can last up to two weeks under refrigeration
  • Yields are great, grows best from 55-85 degrees
  • Your chefs will love this mushroom

Coraltooth-Hericium coralloides
