- Our highest-yielding Lion's Mane strain
- This mushroom is very fast to colonize
- Elegant flavor and texture similar to lobster/crabmeat
- One of our most requested mushrooms amongst our customers and chefs
- This strain is a MUST for any commercial operation
- Preferred fruiting temperatures 55-80 degrees Fahrenheit
Bearshead-Hericium americanum "HAST1"
- Amazing flavor, very mild crabmeat-like flavor. Slightly milder and sweeter tasting than Lion's Mane
- Texture is very similar to crabmeat as well
- Shelf life is outstanding, these can last up to two weeks under refrigeration
- Yields are great, grows best from 55-85 degrees
- Your chefs will love this mushroom
Coraltooth-Hericium coralloides "CTV1"
- One of our favorite mushrooms to cultivate
- This mushroom looks like a coral reef and has an awesome flavor very similar to crabmeat
- Add diversity and beauty to your stand at the farmer's market or in mix boxes going out to chefs
